The On Cloud X 5 Men’s Training Shoe is designed for athletes who want one lightweight shoe that can move comfortably between gym sessions, studio training and functional workouts.

The latest generation introduces a more flexible platform, with a sculpted footbed and deeper flex grooves designed to support natural movement. Training-optimised CloudTec® cushioning and a Helion™ superfoam midsole balance cushioning, flexibility and stability, while the engineered open mesh upper helps keep the shoe breathable during demanding sessions.

Extra padding around the tongue and heel improves comfort and heel hold, while the rubber outsole provides traction for lateral and multidirectional movement.
