All orders over the value of R1000.00 (One thousand rand only) will be delivered free of shipping charges. A standard shipping charge of R100.00 (One hundred and fifty rand only) will be applicable on all orders that are less than R1000.00 (One thousand rand only).

Unless specifically arranged prior to any purchase, Xciter Sports as a standard practice will only deliver purchased goods within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.
Xciter makes use of third party-courier services, and whilst every effort is made to ensure timeous delivery of each order, we can neither control and/or be held liable for late deliveries.
Tracking of parcels must be done via a third-party courier website and is dependent on the capabilities of the courier. You can obtain your Waybill Number by contacting info@xciter.co.za during Office Hours: 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
You may be required to provide proof of identity when receiving a delivery from our assigned courier.
As part of our shipping policy – we highlight that we only deliver to major destinations within South Africa.
Please note that Xciter cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries where you provide incorrect or incomplete information to us.
